  • We seek to understand how the company was conceived and the genuine intention of the founder, as the first impulse for the statement of Purpose of the organization;

  • We collectively conceive a concrete vision of the future that is at the service of the Purpose, based on values that excite its collaborators, customers, partners and suppliers;

  • We recognize the principles of management and relationship policies, that will guide the major decision-making and the organizational behavior;

  • We evaluate the identified needs along with the board (Council and Managerial Center), based on a clear awareness of the internal capacities and needs of its clients;

  • We carry out the review of the organizational identity for a new positioning in the market, based on the recognition of the need to renew the delivery, performance and relationship with its stakeholders.
